Materials and services provided by Midwest Compressor
Co., Inc. are not unconditionally guaranteed. Please read the following
warranty conditions carefully and advise your customers accordingly.
Midwest Compressor Co., Inc. warrants its remanufactured compressors
to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service one year from the date of
shipment.
Midwest Compressor Co., Inc. warrants its products and
services (other than remanufactured compressors) to the original purchaser
to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use
and service 90 days from date of purchase.
The obligation of Midwest Compressor Co., Inc. under
this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, F.O.B. our
plant. Any product or part thereof which our examination and inspection
shall disclose any misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse, accident, corrosion
or Mishandling, failure due to adverse power conditions or short cycling,
contaminated systems, liquid refrigerant in compressors and/or other
external causes.
This warranty does not extend to accessories, motors,
materials, supplies or any other product not furnished by Midwest
Compressor. Midwest will not be responsible for any cost of labor,
lost refrigerant or other cost incurred by buyer due to malfunction
of covered products.
Midwest, in no event, shall be liable for consequential
damage of any nature whatsoever. No express, implied or statutory
guarantee other than herein set forth is made or authorized tome made.
Any further warranty must be made in writing, signed by an officer
of Midwest Compressor Co., Inc.
This warranty applies only to products installed within
the, United States.
No Liability shall attach to Midwest Compressor Co.,
Inc. until said products have been paid for.
All compressors are shipped with a Warranty Installation
Report, which must be returned to Midwest Compressor within 10 days
of installation to validate warranty.
The warranty and liability set forth in the above paragraphs
are in lieu of all Other warranties and liabilities expressed or implied,
in law or in fact, including implied warranties or merchantability
and fitness for particular use.
