Terms of Sale
Approved accounts, net 30 days from invoice, others C.O.D. or cash with order. Any account which exceeds 30 days will be subject to finance charges and collection charges. Any customer without current certificate of exemption from state sales tax will be charged the amount applicable to that invoice. With out exemption all payments should be sent to:

Freight & Special Handling
All products are freight collect, F.O.B. Cleveland, Ohio. Upon Special request shipments can be arranged for freight collect, airfreight, bus, ship etc. A special handling charge may also apply.
Deliveries
Local deliveries are available within 25 miles of Cleveland, Ohio or North Versailles, PA. Deliveries over 25 miles are subject to a charge.
Discounts
A 10% C.O.D. discount is available to open accounts. It is necessary to have payment at delivery location. It must be received at the Cleveland Office within 5 days of delivery regardless of holiday, weekends, etc. without exception.

When ordering compressors, we will need the following information:

Any external controls for the compressor are not supplied with the replacement, such as oil failure switch, high/low switch, unloader assemblies, crankcase heaters, and unloader coils. On open drive compressors the flywheel is not supplied with the replacement compressor.
